So... some movies I've watched recently and I feel like telling you about them.  All the reviews below have slight spoilers.

Nancy Drew

Knocked Up

Transformers

Apocalypto

OMG... only a few days until HP OoTP movie!  I'm sooo excited!  Of course, Josh will be out of town for training, so guess who I get to go with?  My sister... but oh... just not my sister.  3 of her friends too!  So basically it's like me... the 22 year old chaperone, with 4 high schoolers. Gah.  At least they are all Harry Potter fans, and most of them have read the books, which is more than I can say for Josh.  He doesn't ready ANYTHING.

So yeah.. I'm always bored.  I was just going through my old LJ, which I check like MAYBE every 5 months or so, and I found a post that made me giggle with a wonderful link on it.  BIGGEST STUFFED BUNNY I'VE EVER FRIGGEN SEEN!!!

As for stuff in RL... I've been really busy.  I feel like on my days off, I don't really have any time to relax.  We have been practicing like crazy for the next bellydancing show that is coming up, plus trying to do a ton of stuff around the house, and work in everything else in between.  Accomplishments for the day:  holes dug for posts for fencing in yard, posts put into holes for fencing in the yard, gate put up, half (it's a HUGE tree that's split into two parts) of a tree cut down - which that half still takes up like a 3rd of our back yard when it was downed, and a couple of other things.  Though I didn't really help with any of that stuff.  MY accomplishments for the day: cleaned some more in the house, took test shots (pics and vids) in the woods across the street for some scenes in my sister's movie we are shooting, finished laundry, got some more designs for the tshirt designs figured out today for my sister's movie, practiced bellydancing, read a couple of HP stories that I've been meaning to for a while, and made sun tea (hahah... and that takes like... 30 seconds of effort).   So eventful overall, but not so much on my part I guess.  Well.. kinda eventful.  More like 'lazy getting stuff done' but that's okay.

Still lots to do this week yet though.. like finish the fence, finish staining/putting up moulding, go to my bookclub meeting (HAHA... I didn't even know my mum was in one, but I guess a bunch of the girls we bellydance with are in it too, so she convinced me to come, since I love reading and all - too bad I can't be like 'YAY GAY HP FANFIC!'), taking my sister to go try out a camera she wants to buy for her movie, a small half hour show for bellydancing on Friday (not the big one we are practicing for) and then off to my friend's bday party, and I think another thing or two to do this weekend, but I just can't remember what.  Plus work.  I HATE feeling so busy, but at the same time, I've felt really bored lately when I haven't had something to do.  I think it's just cause it's that time of the year when there is no winter stuff to do, but no summer stuff either.  It is technically hot enough here to go swimming (upper 80's), but all the pools are still too cold, and it's been raining a ton too.  Plus when it's too hot the heat kinda gets to me.  I HATE being hot cause I sweat when it's like 70 degrees out, yet the electric bills are too friggen high around here (there's a huge ordeal going on with the companies), so we can't pull out the window units yet.  I will just have to suffer, unfortunately.

About the only other interesting thing that has happened in the last couple of weeks was the fact that I met Josh's bro a couple days ago... and he's extremely HOT (I feel bad saying that.. cause it's my fiance's bro... and he's married too), and I topless bartended a couple weekends ago for a friend's bachelor party he threw for his buddy.

Oh yes... and saw Pirates 3.  I'm still undecided about the movie.  There were a ton of things I loved, but then some I didn't love so much too.  I think I will need to see it again before I make a final decision.  I mean... the action and special effects were great and all, but some of the other stuff that bothered me has kinda held my opinion at bay for the moment.

I'm done babbling now... I think.

Have you ever heard of Hugh Dancy? Cause he is insanely hott! He kinda reminds me of a younger Orlando Bloom in a way (I think it's his speaking and some of his facial expressions). If you don't know who I'm talking about... you should go watch the movie 'Ella Enchanted.' It's a cute Disney movie, but I love it. He plays the soon to be king, Char. He was also in a couple of other well known movies, such as 'King Arthur' and 'Black Hawk Down' though I believe in more minor roles (it's been a while since I've seen either).

I think I'm rather taken with him!

So... I totally forgot to say that I went to see Monster House the other day.... in 3D!!!! It was awesome, though it was a bit scary. I was kinda surprised that it was rated PG, even though they talked about a bunch of stuff that should have made it PG-13. Oh well.. it was animated... and I don't think they would have made nearly as much money if it was PG-13. It was good though, so you should all go see it.

So I totally went to a party friday... and met a really cool guy (who is also hot!). As you all know (or maybe you don't), I'm engaged. So that's bad. But I'm determined to convert him to being bisexual (which I think he may be anyways), cause then I can have fun with him, and so can Josh. So that's my plan. But it was an awesome party besides that! I was rather drunkish.... and only got like 2 hours of sleep before I had to go work 9 hours at the grooming salon. But on the plus side... I made like 50 bucks in tips in 3 days, which is awesome, cause hardly anyone ever tips for grooming.

I've decided I want to get another tattoo... but I'm poor and can't afford it. So I'm saving up for one, though it sucks cause I am still trying to pay off my credit card debt (which is way more important!) Good thing is, I think I only owe about 200-250 left, so that's awesome.

I've decided that this year we are totally having a Halloween party again (we usually do), but I want to do something different. I kinda want to make it themed... even though it's Halloween. It's just that it always seems the girls always dress like whores... and the guys in suits. I want fun stuff damnit! So if anyone has any cool ideas... let me know! My hair is finally long enough to be able to put it up, so maybe this year I will go as a geisha (that was the plan last year), but I still need to find an obi. I didn't buy one while I was over in Japan cause I couldn't find one that I really liked, but now I can't hardly seem to find any, unless I order online. Oh well.

Oooo... and I did find out that Andreana and I are still going to do the alternative bellydancing show, with more rock music rather than traditional. We have found some awesome songs, and when we get it all together, we will prolly do a private party at One World, especially since they tend to have a younger crowd.

Good times good times.

Okay... so I thought I would share what I did this past week... just cause I can. Movies I watched:

Serenity - OMG REALLY GOOD! I loved it, and even though I never got to see 'Firefly' it still made sense and was put together very well. I like how they opened the movie too, with the escape scene, and how they did the transitions for the scenes later. River kicked my ass, literally. I wish I could wear some boots and a cute dress to go kick like 30 guys' asses at a bar. WOOT!

The Longest Yard - Very good also. There were a lot of funny scenes, and slashyness ensued EVERYWHERE! (even though it's not people you would really wanna see... but still the idea behind it) I liked the movie that it took the bad guys and made you sympathetic/liking towards them, and movies about underdogs coming out on top are always great.

Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy - AWESOME! I really liked this movie, it made me laugh like 500 times. It was ridiculously stupid in some parts, but that just made it funnier. I'd never read the book before, but I think I'm definately going to now. 42!!!!

Okay.. so thats my 'ness for the day. YAY.

OOO YAH! The new website is almost finished!!! It looks super good! I wish I wasn't poor, cause otherwise I would fly Raven out here to Peoria just to show her how much I appreciate her! ;-)
